The order of sort orders in your dashboard list mirrors the order shoppers see in the storefront sort dropdown. Use the Reorder Sort Orders sheet to rearrange them without editing each sort order individually.
Steps
- Go to Sort Orders.
- Click the overflow menu next to Browse Recipes in the page header and select Reorder.
- The Reorder Sort Orders sheet opens with every sort order in your store.
- Drag a row by its grip handle to a new position. You can also focus the grip handle and use the up and down arrow keys to move a row.
- Click Save to persist the order, or Cancel to discard your changes.
What changes
- The order set here applies to sort orders that have Enable as Storefront Sort turned on. They appear in this order in the storefront sort dropdown.
- Reordering does not change which sort order is the default for a collection — defaults are still controlled by the merchandising rule that targets the collection.
- Newly created sort orders are appended to the end of the list and can be repositioned at any time.
Put your most-used sort orders at the top of the list so shoppers see them first when they open the sort dropdown.
