When to use this
- You made large changes in Shopify a while ago and still see stale data in Layers.
- You updated search settings that require a reindex.
Before you start
- You need the Run operations permission. See Manage roles and permissions.
Steps
- In your Layers dashboard, go to Catalog → Products.
- Click Sync Products in the top right. The resync starts right away; there is no confirmation step.
- While the resync runs, the button reads Syncing Catalog… and is disabled. You can keep working while it completes.
- After it finishes, check a few products or run a test search.
Tips
- Large catalogs may take a while to finish.
- If you don’t see changes, refresh the page after a minute.
