When to use this
- You updated a product in Shopify and the changes are not appearing in Layers.
- Inventory levels for a product are out of sync.
- Product variants, metafields, or collections need to be refreshed.
Steps
- In the dashboard, go to Catalog.
- Find the product in the list and click the actions menu (three dots).
- Click Sync from Shopify.
- Wait for the sync to complete, then review the product details.
What gets synced
- Product data (title, description, images, etc.)
- All product variants
- Variant metafields
- Product collections
- Inventory levels across all locations (if inventory sync is enabled)
Tips
- Use this when only one product changed to save time.
- The sync respects your store’s inventory sync settings and permissions.
