At Layers, we take the security of our systems and customer data seriously. If you discover a security vulnerability in our services, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly.

What to include

When reporting a security issue, please include:
  • A description of the vulnerability and its potential impact
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept code
  • Your contact information for follow-up questions

When you report a security vulnerability to us, we commit to:
  • Acknowledge receipt of your report promptly
  • Investigate the issue and keep you informed of our progress
  • Work to resolve confirmed vulnerabilities in a timely manner
  • Credit you for the discovery (if desired) once the issue is resolved

  • Do not perform actions that could negatively impact our services or users
  • Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had time to address it
  • Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations or service disruptions
