# Manage product sequences in bulk

> Publish, unpublish, or delete multiple product sequences at once from the Product Sequences list using bulk select and the table toolbar actions.

The **Product Sequences** list supports multi-select so you can publish, pause, or remove many sequences in a single action — useful for seasonal swaps, campaign launches, and end-of-sale cleanup. You can also toggle a single sequence's status from its row actions menu without entering selection mode.

## Toggle status from the row actions

1. Go to **Product Sequences**.
2. Find the sequence you want to publish or unpublish.
3. Click the actions menu on its row.
4. Select **Publish** if the sequence is currently unpublished, or **Unpublish** if it is currently live.

The change applies immediately and the status badge updates.

## Steps

1. Go to **Product Sequences**.
2. Use the search box or any column filter to narrow the list to the sequences you want to act on.
3. Click **Select** in the actions column header to enter selection mode.
4. Tick the checkbox on each sequence. To select a range, click the first checkbox, then hold **Shift** and click the last one — every row in between is selected automatically.
5. (Optional) Open the **selected** dropdown next to the row count and click **Select all results** to extend your selection to every sequence that matches the current filters, including sequences on other pages.
6. Open the **Actions** dropdown and select one of the following:
   * **Publish** — Activates every selected sequence so it starts ordering collection products on the storefront.
   * **Unpublish** — Pauses selected sequences without deleting them. Configuration is preserved and sequences can be republished at any time.
   * **Delete** — Permanently removes the selected sequences. A confirmation dialog appears before the deletion runs.
7. When you're done, click **Actions** → **Done selecting** to exit selection mode.

## Selection scope

The dropdown next to the selection count shows how many sequences are currently selected and lets you switch between two scopes:

* **Page selection** (default) — Only the rows you ticked are included.
* **All results** — Every sequence matching your current search, filters, and sort is included, even sequences on other pages. The count shows the full filtered total.

To narrow an **All results** selection, click **Unselect all** from the same dropdown and re-tick individual rows.

<Tip>
  Combine the status filter with **Select all results** to flip every paused sequence live for a sale, then revert with a second bulk **Unpublish** when the campaign ends.

<Warning>
  **Delete** is permanent. If you only want to pause a sequence, use **Unpublish** so you can republish later without rebuilding the configuration.
